Before joining my small group Pilates classes in Frankston South every person begins with a 60 minute private 1:1 Pilates assessment. This ensures that your experience is safe, personalised, and effective—right from your very first class.

What is a Pilates Assessment?
My Initial Assessment is a 60 minute one-on-one session where we:
- Review your health history, injuries or specific concerns.
- Assess posture, movement patterns and core strength.
- Identify areas of imbalance, tightness or weakness.
- Introduce Pilates fundamentals so you feel confident in a small group class.
Why It’s Important
With my Small group Pilates classes having three people in them, it’s essential that you understand the basic Pilates Principals, how to safely use equipment and how to listen to your body before you join my group classes. The assessment allows us to:
- Create a safe starting point tailored to your needs.
- Reduce the risk of injury by addressing issues early.
- Help you get the most out of every class.
- Ensure you feel comfortable and supported before joining my small group pilates classes.
